Slipnot- killpop
Okay let's start with my favorite sing Killpop by the metal band Slipknot ( its my favorite band) , the question that I'm going to ask myself is who is the 'she' in the song?
When I started listening to the song I thought the song was about heroïn because of the lyric ' She's sticking needles in her skin' but when you look at the whole lyrics it doesn't fit in so then I wachted some interviews with the band and I found a interview with singer Corey Taylor. In this interview he describes that the 'she' in the song not a person is but its represents the love-hate relationship between Corey loving making music and the buisness side of it. Corey said ''Speaking with the WGRD 97.9 FM radio station in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Corey Taylor expanded on the track's meaning. "The song is my reflection on my relationship with music," he said. "That's who the 'she' is. And not just music, but the music industry in general. So there's a love-hate relationship there that really kind of comes into view. Corey said . "The song is my reflection on my relationship with music," he said. "That's who the 'she' is. And not just music, but the music industry in general. So there's a love-hate relationship there that really kind of comes into view.".
So thats what the song is about who the 'she' in this song is.
So my conclusion is that the she in this song is not a person but it represents the love-hate relationship between between the love for making music and the buisness side of making music.

nirvana- smells like teen spirit
What is the 'teen spirit'?
Lets start ' smells like teen spirit' this is the smell of sweat and the energy that you feel when you're having a party or if you're at a concert or something like that. In the music video there's a concert going in a school and they're having fun so that explains the title. I was reading the lyrics an I have no idea what the song is about. Mabye the song has no 'real' meaning, nobody knows what was going on in Kurts mind, mabye he was on drugs or mabye not or it could have a deeper meaning that none of us will ever know becauce Kurt had a diffrent look at things, I've seen Kurt Cobain documentry called Montage Of Heck. Below this text you can see a explaination of the song, if this is the true meaning behind the song nobody knows except for Kurt...
Okay lets go on with my question, what is teen spirit.
I think the teen spirit is the spirit is of being together and having fun.

Queen- bohemian rhapsody
.
Okay so the question Im asking myself is:
Did the mother killed a man or did he killed a man?
Okay the song lyrics starts with.
'Mama, just killed a man.'
It can be that he's talking to someone and saying that his mother just killed a man or it can be that he's talking to his mother and saying, mama, I just killed a man.
' Put a gun against his head, pulled my trigger, now he's dead'
So now you can see that he killed a man because of 'pulled MY trigger now he's dead'.
Mama life has just begun but now I've gone and thrown it all away'
I think he's about 20 years old because his life had just begun and he thrown it all away becuase he killed a man and now he has to go to jail or he has to run for police and things like that. If you kill someone you basically thrown you life away, you can't find a good job and have to live with the guilt of taking someone's life away.
My conclusion is that this song is about that he killed a man and he's talking to his mother saying he killed a man. So the mother did not killed a man.
